Our architect will review your plot documents and zoning regulations to ensure that the plans comply with local building codes.
Based on your wishes and needs, a site plan will be created showing the possible placement of buildings on your plot.


The size of the buildings, number of floors, and basement feasibility will be assessed according to the characteristics of the land and building rights. Floor plans suitable for your plot will then be drawn based on this information.


Finally, you will receive a professionally prepared estimate of the upcoming construction costs, so you can move forward with confidence.

All meetings and consultations can be conducted smoothly and flexibly via remote connection. This allows you to participate in the planning process from anywhere, without the hassle of travel. When possible, we are also happy to visit your plot if it is located nearby.
