MHC Construction is responsible in its deliveries for procuring materials to the construction site, as well as installing them to the pre-agreed extent, if delivery with installation has been ordered.
In the construction phase, the house begins to physically rise on the plot. This stage includes all key parts of the construction, such as earthworks, foundations, frame structures, roof construction, and building services installations. At the end of the structural phase, the building is ready for finishing.
