Sign an agreement for the StoneHome design service with your MHC Construction representative. The design service is included in the price of our house packages. The agreement will specify your share of the design costs (+/- €3000), which applies if the StoneHome design does not result in a house contract. Even in that case, the plans are yours to keep.
